JOE is the JOE of JOE.BUILDER. He brings tons of construction experience to the company leading all of our construction teams.
Steven Uggen
STEVEN is the visionary and business leader of the company. His many years of experience leading in business and ministry have prepared him to lead JOE.BUILDER. He is charged with serving our team and making sure our clients experience transformation in their spaces.
Linda Royce
LINDA brings 10+ years of experience in construction finance to the team and has an amazing eye for attention to detail and reporting. She is also a serious prayer warrior.
Casey Uggen
CASEY is literally the support system of the company. She supports all of our teams providing administrative and operational support. She is also the mama bear of the company and knows how to drop some family-style hospitality at our team meetings.
Matthew
Matthew Andersonis a key project manager here at Joe Builder. Matthew holds a business degree from North Central College and brings a valuable background in finance and accounting, which enables him to maintain a strong focus on details and project progress. Matthew is a significant asset to our team, contributing a thoughtful and methodical approach to managing and executing his project management responsibilities.
Ruvim
With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Ruvim Nedashkovskiy brings incredible knowledge to our estimating and project planning processes. He has a real skill for understanding our clients' visions and ensuring we stay on budget. Beyond his expertise, Ruvim's friendly personality and great sense of humor are already making him a fantastic addition to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring local Thai restaurants, especially their pho and banh-mi!
