Joe Wolney
JOE is the JOE of JOE.BUILDER. He brings tons of construction experience to the company leading all of our construction teams.
Steven Uggen
STEVEN is the visionary and business leader of the company. His many years of experience leading in business and ministry have prepared him to lead JOE.BUILDER. He is charged with serving our team and making sure our clients experience transformation in their spaces.
Linda Royce
LINDA brings 10+ years of experience in construction finance to the team and has an amazing eye for attention to detail and reporting. She is also a serious prayer warrior.
Casey Uggen
CASEY is literally the support system of the company. She supports all of our teams providing administrative and operational support. She is also the mama bear of the company and knows how to drop some family-style hospitality at our team meetings.
Chad Baker
Chad has 10+ years of experience in construction sales with a degree in design and walks in a spirit of excellence in project management. Think of him as a construction project concierge. Chad’s an excellent communicator and client advocate.
Duane Bauer
DUANE is our newest construction team leader and brings years of construction experience and an amazing work ethic to our team. He leads with humility and is a strong teacher of construction skills and a key figure on our production team.
Cole Mckeen
COLE is the youngest member of our team but a hard worker and fast learner. He has worked on our field crew and then made the transition to project management because of his strong relational skills. Cole met God in his brokenness.
